I had a decent experience using this mailing service. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I had questions about packaging my items. They really guided me through the whole process, and I felt reassured that my packages would arrive safely. I was also pleased with the reasonable prices for shipping. However, I did notice that there weren't any clear signs indicating what services they offered, which made it a little confusing at first. Once I figured it out, everything went smoothly. I’d suggest adding some signage for first-time customers, but overall, it was a great experience, and I will return for my shipping needs!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at this shipping service! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon, and even though there was a bit of a line, the employees were efficient and friendly. They helped me pack my fragile items with great care and provided tips on how to avoid damage during transit, which I appreciated. I also loved how they offered various shipping methods, including express options for last-minute needs. The prices were quite reasonable too, especially for the quality of service I received. The only slight downside was that the space felt a bit cramped when busy. However, the exceptional service more than made up for it. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need to ship something!
